  1. Course and class information is subject to change. The information provided in this booklet is for reference only. In case of any discrepancy between the Booklet and the Mobile Application, the Mobile Application version shall prevail.
  2. Participants should keep track of class schedules and locations, and attending classes punctually.
  3. Participants are not permitted to enrol in multiple courses with conflicting schedules. In case of a scheduling conflict, Sham Shui Po District Health Centre reserves the right to cancel their enrolment and refuse their participation.
  4. All classes are non-transferrable.
  5. Participants are not allowed to take photos, videos, or audio recordings during the class without the permission of Sham Shui Po District Health Centre.
  6. Participants should ensure that they meet the registration requirement. Otherwise, Sham Shui Po District Health Centre has the right to cancel their enrollment and refuse their participation.
  7. If a participant's behavior disrupts the class, Sham Shui Po District Health Centre reserves the right to cancel their enrolment and refuse their participation.
  8. Participants are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings. Sham Shui Po District Health Centre is not liable for any loss or damage incurred.
  9. If there are not enough participants to form a class, Sham Shui Po District Health Centre reserves the right to change or cancel the class due to insufficient enrolment.
  10. Classes may be suspended, modified, or canceled due to various factors such as adverse weather conditions and pandemics. Participants should pay attention to the latest updates announced on our Mobile Application, Website, and Facebook Page.
  11. To participate in the classes, participants must agree to abide by all regulations and bear all risks and responsibilities during the class.
  12. Sham Shui Po District Health Centre reserves the right to make all final decisions, including refusing participants’ participation and changing regulations, without prior notice in the event of any disputes.
