Yuen Long District Health Centre will collaborate with local or nearby non-government organisations to establish a service network. The coverage areas include:

- Tin Shui Wai
Our Network Service Providers (NSP) include:
- Medical Practitioners
- Physiotherapists
- Occupational Therapists
- Dietitians
- Podiatrists
- Speech Therapists
- Optometrists
- Chinese Medicine Practitioners (acupuncture / acupressure)
- Pharmacist
Subsidy will be provided by the Government for network service providers who joined the service network.
How to be our NSP?
For details to be NSP, please click here to visit the District Health Centre website of Health Bureau. If network service provider is interested to join our service network, please fill in the enrolment form and send the form to yldhc_info@pokoi.org.hk for application. Yuen Long District Health Centre could sign the service agreement with network service providers directly.
